James Thomas
President
James is a native of Gilmer County Georgia, born and raised in Cherry Log. Growing up in his father's HVAC and oil business in Ellijay, James acquired a unique blend of experience that he passes on to his customers. A mechanic at heart, at a young age, he was often spotted taking apart the family radio or his bike just to see how they worked. As a teen, he learned about air conditioners and furnaces by grilling his dad’s service technicians about different pieces of equipment they repaired that day, begging them to show him parts they removed and explain what was wrong. He installed his first system in 1980 and went on to personally install thousands more.
James holds a GA Unrestricted Conditioned Air License, the highest offered in the State of Georgia, and is NATE certified. He advances his knowledge with over 120 hours per year of technical training.
