Under the expert guidance of his father, our owner James Thomas spent decades honing his skills in all facets of the HVAC craft—from tinsmithing to commercial and residential installation, service, and management.
In 2003, James launched James Thomas Heating and Cooling in Fannin County with a clear vision: to build an HVAC company dedicated to doing things right, delivering exceptional service, treating people fairly, and becoming the area's most trusted name for heating and cooling solutions.
Our growth over the past two decades tells the story better than we ever could.
