We just had a motor go out in our outside unit and they had one of their lead technicians, Scottie, repair the unit even with very slippery mountain roads to contend with. Scotty was at our home ahead of his scheduled time. He was courteous and and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It took him a little over 3 hours to replace a leaking condenser coil in a Rheem outside unit. The system is now cooling as expected. All in all, a very professional job by a top notch technician. My only complaint is that it took a little over 2 weeks from the time the problem was diagnosed to when the job was completed. Outdoor temps were 80+ degrees F during this time.
