I appreciated the quick response to my initial call to James Thomas HVAC. It was necessary to order a furnace control board to repair my furnace. The service technician was kind enough to get my fireplace going before he left. James Thomas HVAC was willing to let my son in Woodstock drive to Kennesaw, pick up the control board and bring it to their office in Blue Ridge for installation the next day. Therefore, I was only without heat for one night, and since the technician took the time to get my my fireplace going on the initial visit to troubleshoot the problem, I was so much more comfortable than I would have been otherwise.
