Contacted James Thomas Air this morning as our thermostat wasn’t working. Within a couple of hours Scotty came out. Unfortunately I wasn’t in town so Scotty worked with me over the phone. Scotty is excellent. Had everything up and running perfectly in no time. Thank you!
Excellent Service
Called when furnace at vacation home was not firing up consistently, asked to come change thermostat. We were supposed to leave the next day, and they accommodated us and sent a technician that afternoon. Got it changed and seemingly working fine. That night it failed to fire up again. I called to see if they could come back and check again. They accommodated again and found that a piece insulation had been sucked in burners and keeping furnace from firing up. Cleaned and working great now. Didn’t charge for second call. Thanks!
