New 4 ton heat pump installed with our new home 4 years ago. Problems from day one. Had 3 different companies over a 4 year period look at our unit many times. Never fixed just a quick fix and a patch up job. Had extremely high electric bills because unit wasn’t working correctly. No one could fix the problem until We heard about James Thomas heating and air so we called them. This was our 4th HVAC company now in 4 years. Calling James Thomas Heating and Air was a true Blessing. Everyone we dealt with was truly polite, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, and truly wanting resolve our HVAC issues. We scheduled an appointment. The technician showed up on the day and time we were told. The technician name was Christian . Very nice and extremely knowledgeable of these HVAC systems. Let me tell you Christian is awesome. He thoroughly checked out the entire system, diagnosed the problem, explained the issues, made the necessary repairs and adjustments in 2 hours from start to finish. Christian never tried to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. And all this professionalism at a very fair price. We now have a heat pump system preforming like it’s designed to do. When Christian left he left me with confidence that James Thomas is here for me should I need their services in the future. James Thomas is on top of their game. If you need these type services please do yourself a favor and make them your first call.
