Air conditioning died and my first call was to James Thomas H&A!!! Told my service person would be here between 9 and 1, and Scott showed up at 10!!! I’ve had Scotty before and I can assure you, he is the best!! (Actually, the entire staff is awesome!!) It turned out to be a short in the wiring which he quickly remedied! As I said, Scotty has saved me before as he did an evaluation of my heating/air equipment about a year ago after another company gave me an estimate of $15K to fix “a problem”. Scotty’s service call found that none of it was needed and changed my filters while he was here!!! Employees like this say a lot about the company they work for… thank you ALL so much!!!
