I appreciated the quick response to my initial call to James Thomas HVAC. It was necessary to order a furnace control board to repair my furnace. The service technician was kind enough to get my fireplace going before he left. James Thomas HVAC was willing to let my son in Woodstock drive to Kennesaw, pick up the control board and bring it to their office in Blue Ridge for installation the next day. Therefore, I was only without heat for one night, and since the technician took the time to get my my fireplace going on the initial visit to troubleshoot the problem, I was so much more comfortable than I would have been otherwise. I so appreciated the cooperation and assistance I was given. Thank you James Thomas HVAC from a very satisfied customer! Thank you for hiring such caring staff!

Excellent Service
Called when furnace at vacation home was not firing up consistently, asked to come change thermostat. We were supposed to leave the next day, and they accommodated us and sent a technician that afternoon. Got it changed and seemingly working fine. That night it failed to fire up again. I called to see if they could come back and check again. They accommodated again and found that a piece insulation had been sucked in burners and keeping furnace from firing up. Cleaned and working great now. Didn’t charge for second call. Thanks!
